Shannon is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt under Rodrigo Lopes. With 15 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he is an avid competitor in the BJJ community. Shannon is also a multi-time gold medalist in the Revolution Tournament, a Fight to Win champion and a Multi G-SUB-X Friday Night Bouts Champion.
